The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. It was a great find. I hate Printing and filling out forms using pen is so old school and requires extra step of scanning everything back in. It was also Free! Adobe is way too expensive for the handful of times a year I would need it.

Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.

How do I claim wages owed?
To file a complaint for unpaid wages under the FLEA, you may either go to the WHO, which may pursue a complaint on your behalf, or file your own lawsuit in court (which may require you to hire an attorney). Do not delay in contacting the WHO or your state agency to file a claim.

Can I call the police if my employer refuses to pay me?
No, you cannot call the police as this is a civil not criminal matter. However, you still have recourse. However, you can sue your former employer in small claims court for all amounts owed you, plus court costs. Additionally, a wage claim can be filed with your state's department of labor, which you have already done.
