PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. customer service was excellent I had an issue with information and then computer shutting down. Helped me retrieve that form and walked me through. If I needed this service I would use this service.

Just what I was looking for!
Just what I was looking for! Affordable. Easy to use website because it's user-friendly. I went ahead and got the year subscription because I was very satisfied. The only issue I had was enlarging my signature to use it. But that might be my own human error.

What do you like best?
I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms.
What do you dislike?
The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent!

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.
