The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

Easy to use It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner Easy to upload specific documents for editing. When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

Good overall editing app Multi function capability, I like the fact that it can enable you you edit your pdfs and then publish in various ways Lot of the extra functions you have to pay extra for. Lot of the functions you may need you may have to pay extra for which is a turn off

ease of use could be a little better The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back. It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

No single docs (only trial). Unable to split the file. Despite having a free trial it would be nice to edit and download a single document. This only confuses people and catches you if you forget or are unsuccefull with cancelling within 30 days. I used this site to edit an evacuation plan and it was very easy to do, tools are good. However even with help of customer support still not able to split the plan for seperate sections of a building. I had to rewrite the pdf but I didn't make the plan myself. Overall decent tool for free 30 days but can be better.

A Land Registry TR1 Form is a formal land registry document which literally transfers the legal ownership of a property from one party or parties to another party or parties. NB Sometimes the information on this form which relates to joint ownership (see below) is dealt with in a separate form called Form JO.
The transfer deed is the document that passes legal ownership from yourself to your buyer and is also known as the TR1 form. It is a standard Land Registry deed. Unlike the contract, the transfer deed will need to be signed and witnessed by a witness who is over the age of 18 years old and unrelated to you.
For example, a TR1 is used for most cases where the whole of a title is to be transferred, a TR2 is used for most possession sales, and a TP1 for most transfers of part.
