Excellent Experience! Only suggestion is that PDFiller should offer free services to individuals and that will prompt businesses to buy your subscription just like many other online tools are offering, for example, FreeConference, GoToMeeting etc.

At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. Thanks for caring enough to hear my issue and resolving it in a quick and timely manner. I truly appreciate this and will never forget your extraordinary customer service. Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

Great Tool! My experience has been great thus far. The use is seamless whether on my tablet, laptop, or phone, however, it's much easier to use on a laptop due to screen size. I am able to conduct business, receive faxes, scan items, edit forms, and more while on the go. This makes life a BREEZE! I am never really disconnected from work unless I choose to be. I would say the monthly payments are ongoing and never end. In real life, things like software have a finite value, however, I haven't seen an all-inclusive tool for less.

What do you like best? With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease What do you dislike? I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating
