I've only used it twice, but it is very easy to navigate. I am using it to send preliminary notices for out plumbing contractors business. It works great.

With this document I had to learn how to rotate the document which took an inquiry on the internet to find the instructions. Could not seem to open any help window for the instruction.

They have been very prompt in getting back to me with any problems and questions. Sometimes, it takes two or more days, but eventually, they get back to me.
