I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. I want to cancel it because I will not need to use it again. So, please cancel my account and service. Please also send an email to me confirming that you have cancelled the service. Thank you.

When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

I am able to fill out forms that I would otherwise have to handfill

Sometimes, it does not recognize cells for letters

Love that you can type the form number or name and have access to it. Also love how easy it is to create your own fillable form.
What do you dislike?
I think it could be more user friendly in terms of navigating around the site, docs, templates, etc.

benefit to me is access to many forms instead of searching the internet or ordering the forms.

Very good easy to use program Very good easy to use program. Customer service is great I miss read and accidentally signed up for a whole year in one go instead of just for the month, they quickly resolved it for me and refunded the difference. =) if I ever need to do documents online again I will definitely use their service again

Satisfied but no longer need service I have been satisfied with the subscription and have used it with my work, however I am retiring the end of September and will no longer need this subscription
