I had some frustrations with PDFfiller.com, but they went beyond my expectations to make it right. Nice to see that level of customer service. Thank you!

It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

Absolutely love it. Never heard of it before. Googled a sample form for disciplinary action...low and behold, when I clicked on your program, It was more than I expected. Will tell my colleagues about it.

When trying to save a completed document to my hard drive it becomes confusing. I cannot find the saved files anywhere. Other than that the program is great.

My main reasons for using PDFfiller.com is so that I can fill out and sign forms to email; and our customers can fill out and sign our forms more conveniently.

What do you like best? - Supports multiple document formats (images, multitude of text data interchange) - Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc) - Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents What do you dislike? "Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? - Huge improvement from Adobe Acrobat to complete forms - Templates are easy to build - Data integration across platforms is easily possible - Easy to send out for signature capture
