The forms are in a different size, doesn't match exactly the form and sometime may be rejected by the instituion or company that issue the original form.

It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.
