I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I was pleased to find the AIR realty forms on your site. We're trying to sublet our space in a commercial building and our landlord insisted on using the AIR forms

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

What do you like best?
Seemless way to fax, edit PDFs, send health claims, business correspondence. I just told my husband yesterday, “have I told you how much I love PDFfiller?” “Yes honey, every time you use it.”

Wish I didn’t have to pay extra for receiving faxes.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial… I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

What do you like best? I subscribed to pdfFiller because a vendor sent me a pdfFiller form document that I needed to print. I canceled within the 30 day free trial period before my company card was charged. The cancelation was easy and the PDFfiller customer support desk was very responsive and professional in explaining a small temporary charge to my card. I likely will end up a customer. What do you dislike? There was nothing to dislike in my experience with pdfFiller. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? You are making this review process too tedious. I cannot type a novel. It seems like a very professional, well-run company and good product.
