the site seems to always pulls up the Dashboard - which i never use - I would prefer to start at my documents

ISSUE TOTALLY RESOLVED My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.

Very user friendly! It is easy to use. Instructions are clear and the forms are easy to fill out accurately. I only use it once a year - at tax time, but using this program to fill out tax forms is quick and easy. I have not had any issues. I'm sure if a person uses it a lot there are bound to be some, but I use it once a year and it works fine for my uses.

Good costumer care Good costumer care Basic Plan subscription give me all i need. no need to download software + they have their own cloud/library for my files. Recommend for personal use.

Super customer service Used this as a one off and forgot to unsubscribe and when i was charged i asked for a refund and the customer service team were very understanding and kind to refund me. Bruce in particular was quick and helpful!

Thanks for the one-time use You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.
