At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. My overall experience allows for task to be produce and look professional
It allow you to fill in the blanks has an automatic save feature be able to email document. Allow Doc you Sign... Allow you to up upload documents just a positive Application
How to use the application portion which allows you to just type in data
We have been using pdfFiller over the last few years for thousands of forms for our offices. The platform is easy to use and navigate. The IT tech support is top-notch. IT Support is readily available and solves problems quickly. They communicate well, send helpful how-to videos, and/or change settings in our account to make the platform easier to use. I highly recommend pdfFiller.

What do you like best?
PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them.
What do you dislike?
I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly
