I was able to do what I needed but I am not sure about future applications. Also, I thought I received a 70% Discount for signing up annually but I did not receive this.
Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.
What do you like best?
Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.
What do you dislike?
Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

this was perfect i had to file a court document and had to use this several times bc its the only way i could get MD to accept the forms!
This company is the best, I have been using it since 2012 and love it, so easy to use, saves me so much time when filling out documents and everyone is super friendly with amazing costumer service!!!
