amazing way for buisness startup helps out so much . no need to send mail everything is just through your computer. saves you time a lot of time. i highly recomment this.
The stars did not appear on this survey, so nothing is marked; however, this was and still is a great service, and is very much needed as it is a very helpful tool in filling out forms that do allow computer input. :-)

Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

This has been an absolute time saver for complete differet typs of fire alarm reports from different forms and jurisdictions. I can't say how grateful I am for this service!
I am in Accounts Payable and another dept. sets up our vendors. THe vendors were set up incorrectly and now need 1099. PDFiller has saved me so many headaches. Thank you so much!!
It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.
When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.
I started the free trial, and my document has trouble being edited, so I hope this can be sorted. The help was quick and efficient and Kara escalated it when she knew there was a problem, so top marks there. I just hope the techie team can sort the font.
Support team is on point.
I was charged for a one year subscription even though I had cancelled before the 30 day free trial was over. The support team immediately resolved my issue. Within a couple of minutes. Special thanks to John.
