Great job providing fillable IRS forms that I couldn't find elsewhere for this price. Difficulty in trying to return to find a new form after finishing one. New user & too soon for a survey.
Will only be using it up to the end of August as I'm doing a course at the moment. Very happy with it and if I need to use it again I will sign up...
So far I have been satisfied with finding the forms that I need. However, I don't fax things and just wandering if that is included in the amount that I paid of $ 120.00.
A Great Time Saving Tool
This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time.
The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.
the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.
I signed up with pdffiller. I needed to cancel my subscription and dealt with *** at the support team. Service was excellent, they gave quick attention to my issue and promptly cancelled my account with no hassle. Very impressive professional service. Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why.
