I have been searching for something like this and was thrilled to finally find an application that would work. I especially lie the upload feature for capturing my signature via camera. I will check out the mobile app too.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Amazing product and service. I had an issue with their billing, and it was literally resolved in 2 mins! No kidding. The product is also really useful if you have to deal with PDFs frequently.
