My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. I made customer care aware of my concern and they were immediately responsive and apologetic fir the issue. Completing, saving, and printing the forms I needed was easy to learn and do.
Just started. Quite happy so far. Still a little confused. When I am bringing up the same patient from last week when we just signed up, kind of confusing for us. It is okay now when we see the small icon to print from, because we only have two patients, but it is a trial and error because you can't really read the patient's name until the last phase of the print screen. This will be an impossible task once we get 10-20 patients. We need to learn more about it. Also, do you have a clearinghouse feature so that we can just submit the claim electronically?
I like that I can erase parts and add text of size and font that I like and move it around so it's where I want it. When I erase part it doesn't cause the rest of the document to move around. It stays put. That is essential when I am editing a document with a puzzle at the bottom.

The customization when sending e-signature documents is very limited.

I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.

If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

I looked through all of the court libraries, many online results, etc to find what I needed to represent myself in court against my ex to defend my parenting rights, and this was the only place a found the form I needed, that was writable and downloadable. I like the signature feature that gives a lot of options. I wish there was a better way to add information and have it look nice, but it does have the flexibility to add something anywhere, so that is nice.
