By my own ineptitude I was having trouble printing a document. I thought I had to upgrade and then found out I didn't have to. So I reached out to get a refund and keep my original subscription and got that refund in MINUTES! I am a VERY happy, satisfied subscriber! And, I'm getting better at it :)
Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! Once again thanks a lot!
It has a lot to offer and I love the app I just want to familiarize myself a bit more so that I can utilize all it has to offer. This app really looks as though it has everything covered. I REALLY like that!!
So easy to use
So easy to use. I filled in 3 very long PDF forms and they look so much better typed than filled in with my scruffy handwriting. I'll definitely use this service again.

Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.
