Very user friendly. I had to contact support and they assisted me very quickly and sent me the correct form to use for an insurance claim I was working on. Looking forward to using this service again.
6/13/16 Makes my life a WHOLE lot easier!
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I still can not figure out how to save as in the pdf filler to go back and edit the same exact file.

Needed a simple online pdf product
Needed a simple online pdf product. Registration was easy enough. I ended up needing more advanced features so didn't use much. Support staff were super helpful when accidentally billed.
It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.
