Great experience for me since I'm preparing from a remote location in the mountains using the e-signature feature sending to legal services for filing.
When going from preview back to editable view all imputed info disappeared. Not sure why that happened but I selected cancel and all info reappeared.

Does everything I need it to, and the fact that you can cancel or change a subscription at anytime without being charged is amazing!
It's a great service that operates smoothly and is good value for money (especially when deals are applied) compared to Adobe. I prefer the interface and the amount of options is comprehensive.
