I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Good service and glad that it is available to use. A lot better than printing out forms and filling them out by hand. I highly recommend PDFfiller.

I am really happy with pdfFiller and excellent support staff. Really thankful to them for prompt response to my queries and sorting them out quickly
pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!
Confusing to learn and there is a lot to learn. There is no simple way to learn that I can see . I contacted support but it is only a way to answer one question at a time . While I might recommend it to someone , it would be with caution about how complicated it is
Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. Much easier than expected
