Subscription Help Review
I needed some assistance with my subscription and Kara was wonderful at understanding my needs and offering a suitable solution!
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help.
The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.
