This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. People want to type into box which needs signed into is one problem another is email comes from PDF filler and a lot of people don't know I'm one sending stuff to be signed

I find this software to exceed my expectations. I especially love the library. That is the main reason I bought in.
I was surprised I still have to hand…
I was surprised I still have to hand write a form to send to IRS - I thought this would take care of it for me. Or did I miss something.
This statement is still true (I am still using the trial version, so I haven't had enough time using it yet).
I am also new to my position; therefore, it will take time, before I know of the various ways that I could utilize this software.
My new employer is still using typewriters for several forms, which made me research fillable forms online.
Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!
