9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.
What do you like best?
Te ease of use is amazing. I also like that I can easily share it to my Dropbox.

I have yet to find a feature that I dislike. I think PDFfiller has covered all of the bases.

I just was able to get the best service…
I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! This is the way to do business!! Thank you for making the refund process painless!
We use PDF Filler with SignNow for documents for clients and employees.
All seems to work very well. I did 6 documents, each several times as the requirements changed.
I updated the company logos, just erase the old ones in the PDF and Word documents.
So far, I only worked on a Fillable Signable document for clients

I needed to cancel my account but had trouble doing so. The online customer support person Kara was so helpful! I am unemployed now like so many others and cannot afford the service any longer. But, once I get going again, this is the service I will sign up with. Wonderful service!

I was disappointed to find that PDF filler had automatically charged me for a subscription I did not agree to. I felt very stressed when I saw the sum of money that had left my account this morning. I contacted the helpline via the chat service they offer on their website and I spoke to daniel. He was extremely efficient in his help and immediately refunded my payment and canceled my subscription. I would like to leave a 5 star review for the customer service I received despite my initial disappointment in PDF filler.
