So far I have only used it to print the current W2 forms for my employees but it has been really convient. I like the numerous ways you can fill our forms and love the signature features. So far, so good.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I had an issue with the platform that the customer services team resolved within a very short time. Very happy with the explanation and the overall outcome.
Used on a Mac and had to fix some invoices. It was really cool the pdf filler would adjust the font and size to what was on the page. Perfect for what I needed thank you.
I had an excellent experience with this service. The product itself was very useful and allowed me to save and send my forms in a variety of formats, as well as esign, add text, dates, Xs, etc. I had an issue this morning with my account due to an error on my end, and was able to use the chat feature, which provided nearly instant support. They fixed the issue and sent me a confirmation email within seconds.
