great product. a bit pricy for the monthly subscription. charging by the document would be better for a person like me who only needs to use the service occasionally.
Outstanding Online Support
I have used Pdffiller for the past 4 years to file tax returns for an investment group with over 40 members. I made an error when creating my template and when I went to print the 40 documents an erroneous number was appearing, the result of my error in creating the document. Fortunately Pdffiller has an online support staff. So many online companies require you to submit a ticket and then promise a 24 to 48 hour response time. Pdffiller offers that option but they have an outstanding online chat support. I had the benefit of working with Ryan and got access to him immediately upon opening up the online chat support. This was in the evening but Ryan thoroughly researched and tested my issue. Sadly the only option that appeared to be the answer was to create a new set of 40 documents which Ryan was willing to teach me how to create the docs in way that would avoid this error. When I expressed my issue with not having another 6 hours to re-create my work, Ryan persisted in finding a work around that was very creative and saved me from over six hours of new work!!! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! Thank you Pdffiller for not only a great product but an online support staff that truly cares about helping customers get the results they require!!

Mi experiencia con pdfFiller ha sido bastante positiva. Lo que más me ha gustado del software es su capacidad para crear y diseñar formularios de manera rápida y sencilla. Esto me ha ahorrado mucho tiempo al momento de completar trabajos y tareas para mis clases. Además, la automatización del proceso/flujo de trabajo también ha sido muy útil, ya que me permite organizar y enviar mis documentos de manera eficiente.
Lo que más me ha gustado del software pdfFiller es la facilidad de creación y diseño de formularios, ya que me permite personalizar los formularios según mis necesidades y hacerlos más atractivos visualmente. Además, la automatización de procesos y flujos de trabajo me ha ayudado a ahorrar tiempo y aumentar mi productividad.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. ITS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEED TO GET MY BUSINESS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN AFTER BEING CLOSED DOWN. NEEDED PAPERWORK FOR LOANS AND NEEDED TO ADJUST NUBERS FOR 2019/2020. AN ABOLUTE NECESSITY FOR POST COVID FINANCES.

Well, I tell you the truth. I am not an easier learning with software and subscriptions. I have a few such as fileinvite taxdome... but this PDFfiller with the customer service I have received from Dee just not, along with the two other I spoke with has been outstanding. Dee took the time I needed and is very well knowledgeable about how to navigate this system. I am super glad i was helped by Dee... Even though I am a slow learner, and I might need to chat in the future, I appreciate the time and walk through I was provided, I have not hard this customer service before.

I am very pleased with the program but I was upset to find out that I could not print or save unless I signed up for your trial period. But this was just what I needed, when I needed it. I would recomend to my friends.
