I honestly find this to be the most by far easiest PDF filler on the market. The tools are simple to use no guessing games and you can get started right away. I also love that your documents are easily accessible. Great pro
Very easy to use
That I could fill it in immediately and be able to upload it and save it somewhere else. Also that the formatting remained the same
That I had to save it twice in order to get what I had wrote. I also hate that the text box does not stay within the area you type in.
New User but Impressed
Just now starting to use, but am thoroughly impressed. I'm sure as I get used to the software it will increase to 5 stars!
Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.
A very easy to use to file your claim
A very easy to use to file your claim, and I never have any problem logging in. I highly recommend this site, I am very satisfied. They just give me access to the Insurance portal that is why I have to unsubscribe. I will use this in the future.
Wonderful Customer Service
I recieved a charge for $96 today for a membership which I had believed I had cancelled. After contacting customer service, Sally was able to not only refund my $96, but also cancel my membership as I had only needed it briefly for a project for school. Within less than 3 hours all of my needs were met and taken care of. I have never experienced such amazing customer service.
