I like it.. I just can't figure out if I can fill a docment and save it and go back and change it. I also don't like that it is challenging to get data squarely in the center of each square in form. Even if you try to do one square at time so you can manipulate, it connects them and then you can only use them as one field.
The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. tried other pdf filling apps and this was my favorite in terms of it being very user-friendly and easy to navigate. customer service was able to assist me with a problem I had right away and saved me alot of time. thank you. 5 stars.
No issues. Seamless experiences thus far.
Seamless and easy experience; live chat experience was seamless as well; the live chat operator was very helpful and courteous; my issue was resolved very quickly.
There are some minor things I have not figured out how to do. Not sure yet if they are just missing features, or just not readily available in a way that I was expecting.
