I never used the internet to fill in forms and PDFfiller sure is a saver although I hever had any used of this type in the past, Thank you for making us illiterate users show us how to do it

so far I like it, im just not sure the20/month is worth doing only 2 or 3 documents/month.....seems pricey to me. Maybe you should offer a per page fee.....at this point its costing me7-10.00 per page.......

My experience on line with anything new is always a bit frustrating because of my inexperience. That said I was able to complete my form and print it out in one sitting

With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

It would help to have some sort of tutorial outlining the all the functions. Having been offered a webinar during the 30 day free trial would've been helpful.
