Pretty easy to use but would like to have have help had to fig out a few things and so help menu or something would be great but it great for me business and plan to keep the service
the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)
The Product concept is very nice the use of tools are simple. Things that I don't like are is that you are required to select Continue in Browser when click the Hyper Link, this for me is an unwanted and in needed step.
The App I wish would allow you to search your fillable files, without the Link/Code or QR code you cannot use it. Would be more willing to use the App if this was a feature.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! I've had a good overall experience with pdfFiller.I would advise other professionals in our sector who deal with several forms to engage with clients.
This software's ability to instantly update forms from my PC is what I appreciate about it the most.Editing forms and adding digital signatures are some of the best features.I can also choose to fax documents if I need to.When it comes time to develop and submit crucial documents, these capabilities give my small firm a professional appearance.
Maybe it's challenging to align or position the text boxes correctly, but I believe that with more practice and use, I'll get better at making these minor adjustments.
Just started a free trial, would like to learn more about features etc to decide if it will be a good fit for my needs, if its worth it to continue my subscription

Really Great Software
I like that it's easily to fill in pdfs and also create fillable pdfs.
I don't like that there aren't many support options available.
I am cancelling my subscription to PDFfiller. My husband and I got the covid virus and we cannot continue to pay for the subscription. Other than that, I absolutely loved the access to PDFfilller.
