Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.
My first send could not be read by the recipient, so I printed to send. THen cannot reuse forms ie erase and reuse parts. Otherwise getting better with it.
Site could be more mobile friendly. I'm still learning but so far it has done exactly what I needed and greatly improved my ability to get the docs back I send.
I have been using PDFfiller for years introducing the product to companies that I have been employed and in my personal life. I think it is a great product for producing documents, faxing, email, changing forms with ease or having documents signed in a quick and efficient manner. It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.
It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. PdfFiller is great!
Very easy to use to do any type of form. The only thing that sucks is the price because I don't use it that much to pay $96 for it annually. If it was $40 or less I'd be all in. Great app to get any job done whether it's personal or business. Thank you.
I activated to try for the first time and only needed for a single transaction. Very easy to use and should I need a service in the future, would definitely purchase.
Great customer support
Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour. They gave me the whole sum of money back.
