editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.
Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.
It has helped me merge my PDF documents and i am able to re-arrange pages. I wish it was not limiting the number of pages though. The number of pages increases once you merge a document and once it exceeds that 150 pages, it does not allow one to re-arrange the pages.

What do you dislike?
Its ease of use and broad applicability trumps any minor issues. I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to fill in PDF's without using more expensive solutions. Also used to authenticate signatures in various ventures. Comes in extremely handy actually.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Quick and Easy
I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!
I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!
