I'm just beginning and not sure I'm using it correctly. what I'd like to do is to be able to simply use the icon in my internet task bar to open the account rather than have to open up pdffiller.com
took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.
Used PDF Filler to create 1099's for caregivers for my aunt and uncle. It was a good experience overall. I wish that I did not have to re-enter my information again for each of the 1099's.
It is very user friendly. I do have questions that I think attending a webinar would probably answer. It would save me time trying to figure things out.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Worked as expected. When I lost the connection to Wi-Fi dining the filling out of a lengthy form, all of my work was automatically saved to the point connection was disrupted. Whew!
This review is primarily for the customer service. This company had extremely quality customer service. FAST responses. I would definitely recommend trying it out for that alone, they will work through and address any issues you have. You won’t be disappointed. Great job.
