pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
So far... your chat feature to get support is great. I seem to be moving along just fine. I uploaded a document and completed areas of "fillable" information. I only did 4 STARS as I have not published this to my site and tested the form.
I like everything about this program, but I prefer to be able to create folders without tags and be able to fill out forms without NEXT bars popping up all the time - they are annoying. But my overall experience with this program is great!
I find this really easy to use. We are travelling full-time so haven't got a printer. This saves us searching for a Library or private printer to use.

I started with pdfFiller almost a week ago, and tried to get support on and off. The Live Chat didn't work, so I was emailing, but the emailing didn't really work as I would wait for a response, and when I got a response, I was working on something else. But the Live Chat did work today. The first person was trying to help, but I didn't know how to do a screenshot and he got tired of waiting for me to do it and ended the chat. Then, I got KARA, who was fantastic. She did a Zoom meeting and showed me how to do everything I want. I am so relieved that I understand how to fix my problems, and I was just about to give up until Kara got on the Live Chat. She was patient and informative. She is a rock star!
What do you like best?
pdfFiller is user-friendly.
Creating templates and editing forms is a breeze.
Blacking out HIPPA information is quick and easy.
Customer Service is prompt and courteous. They resolved my issues quickly and efficiently.
Our corporate office just opened another account, and everyone loves it.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints. pdfFiller has everything I need to make my tasks more manageable.

Completing required medical forms is faster and easier than ever before.
Blacking out HIPAA information on EOB's has cut our time in half for claim submissions.
Quick to respond and follow through
I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.
