I'm still exploring PDFfiller. I've not had a problem using the program and instructions are available. Took a little time to figure out how to do more than one signature on a single document, but the Support Team was helpful and patient with me as I learned.
Too expensive for casual users
It's too expensive for third world countries. I just need to remove some watermarks. I need it to use it once a month

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)
I think their customer service is excellent and very responsive. I was intimidated by the website but that is a reflection on my limited tolerance to "figure it out".
