Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.
So far... your chat feature to get support is great. I seem to be moving along just fine. I uploaded a document and completed areas of "fillable" information. I only did 4 STARS as I have not published this to my site and tested the form.
First time using PDFfiller. When I copy and past to make a document I would like to change the font color from black and blue or another color. Other than that, like the service

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

Works with all types of devices, so I can prepare a document for signature quick and right where I am. Pricing is very fair.
It is sometimes a little slow and there is a bit of a learning curve but once those are overcome, it is practically flawless.
Signed up for this service in the middle of a Crisis and ultimately didnt need the service, But failed to cancel it. When I contacted the company, they immediately refunded the money without a hassle; I appreciate that kind of integrity.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Good PDF Form Filler software
Was able to manipulate the text size to make sure everything fit into the text boxes I had to fill out. By approaching each set of box as one text, it cut down the time needed to fill out the form.
