I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.
Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.
I'm liking the PDFfiller very much! One problem I'm having is when I get ready to type into another area it takes to much time for me to get the click on prompts....for the shaded area peach. I wish that was faste

Can you remember what all the lower case letters look like when you are filling out forms by hand. I didn't remember, but when you use PDF filler you it does it for you.

Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised. Fabulous for filling out any forms online, especially when online applications are not quite right, you can line up any type of print in the boxes to look professional, even check mark in boxes!
