Excellent service, however, I would have liked to have known there was a fee prior to filling out the form. I just assumed it was a Royal Bank form as that is what I googled.

I found that access to and filling out of standard forms was very easy. I liked that editing and saving was also easy. Being able to log on and access your work from anywhere is a bonus

2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Once Ias able to reset my info from my iphone it has been excellent. I think the iphone can't handle newer apps. Will continue to use, thumbs up.
