I found that my typing was faster than the rate that the data shows up on the screen. I didn't like that. My attorney found this link for me, I was unaware that this was a system I would have to pay for. A customer service ticket was generated because I needed help.

The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back.
