I did not know there was a charge for using this until I got to the very end. I had spent too much time filling out the form to end and start over. I want to cancel at the end of one month.
I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. Very convenient and easy to use and saved me on more than one occasion (same type of issue). Now that my "crisis" is over, I want to delve into the product and actually unlock it's potential.
FANTASTIC and I don't know what I'm doing! LOL! It is working for what I need to do right know which is include notes on slides from online webinars I took for career change.
eing a new user of this platform I had a major issue and they went over and beyond to fix it and made it up to me even tho it was my fault for not reading. ha
Some instructions were rather confusing but customer support helped me to find my forms and get them printed and deleted. Thank you for your assistance.
