At first I had an issue with the payment process, but even then the software is wonderful and very easy to use. I am pleased that we were able to resolve the issue and I will continue to use this software on a monthly basis. I use the system to make a document that I receive on the internet look more professional than being printed of as a blank document and then handwritten
What a life-saving tool. I have saved countless hours of waiting for forms to be returned or having to find forms to complete before sending. One stop service here. Find the form, fill it out online, forward it to its intended. Has been a Godsend with Court Documents.

Ability to edit then fax. Simple to find documents that I have scanned to PDF format.

Could have a better fax cover sheet, it should be more graphic

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.
I usually do not leave reviews but this tool is sensational
Ease of use, the functionality is greatly appreciated. Gliding through forms is of ease. Moving from box to box is a cinch
The save feature to my computer can be a little friendlier. It can take several try to find the forms after I save them
