Great concept - I can finally share my documents with people. Although it would be good to be able to switch things off like the steps clip note as on some of my pages there are 300+ fields to fill in!
waste of money. program to difficult to learn. I am a 1 2 3 type of person. This program does not fit my needs

I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

It is a very friendly tool that help us and make the life more easy at the moment we handled a PDF file, is very easy and comfortable, options are also very helpful, I really recommended, I´d have been using this tool for more that a year and is very cool because all your documents are on your dashboard, so is easy to search for old documents that you will wanted to review.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. SO far it has been exactly what I needed. I want to be able to professionally fill out PDFs and it has been amazing. I would definitly like to learn more.
pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
