Do you really want me to tell you what I think about PDFFiller? I am about to jump out of my skin with this program & I just started using it. I have not used hardly any of the features it has! Sending me a follow-up survey is not going to only do one thing? I'll tell the world how excellent this software is!
IT HAS SOME TREAKY THINGS AND AT SOME POINT IF IT IS NOT PRINTED OR SAVE BEFORE HAND, YOU HAVE TO REPEAT THE WORK ALREADY DONE. IN THIS CASE, HAS BEEN A LITTLE UNPLEASANT SITUATION AND WASTE OF TIME, IT SHOULD HAVE SOME AUTOMATIC SAVING, AS IT OCCURS IN WORD.
At first, not good....too expensive for a one time use. Sarah's response was great and her instructions were, too. She convinced me to use the program gratis to see how it works. It was fantastic.
Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.
THE APP HAS ALL THE FEATURES AND MORE THAT YOU MAY NEED FOR EDITING AND CREATING DOCUMENTS AND ETC. I LOVE ALL THE OPTIONS. THE LAYOUT OF THE APP IS NICE TOO. EASY TO NAVIGATE. VERY CONVENIENT. I WILL BE USING THIS APP ALOT. GOOD WORK!!
I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.
