Solidly good... but a little difficult to change fonts and the annoying text box that asks if you want to uncheck something often blocks the next thing you need to check.
Faced with the daunting task of filling in the complete IRS 990 (due to the dissolution of a 501c7 non-profit corporation of which I was the treasurer) I have found that the PDFfiller program is a real godsend -- so much so that I almost regret not having an excuse to continue as a subscriber once the trial-period expires. But I will highly recommend the program to anyone I might know who regularly is faced with filing long or complicated tax forms.

I thought it was a bit difficult to get a form completed. All I wanted was a statement that I paid my neighbor for a dent in his car. I had to hunt for a form that would allow me to enter that statement.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage. My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.
