editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.
I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.
Its great, it is exact what I was looking for. I've spent a lot of time and effort with other product/services that say they will deliver but fall short/fail actually at doing so. PDFFiller is impressive and has maintained its promised promises of delivery.

What do you dislike?
Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. Overall this software has made is easier to get paperwork to my clients and have the fill in and sign online.
This software is great for my business. I can easily send over pdf files and they can fill them our and sign all online. It is convenient and easy to use.

I've signed up for the 30 days trial to fill out an important form via PDF file. Work & covid has been occupying me so much that I forgot to cancel my free trial. I sent in a ticket and spoke to a staff named Phoebe. She replied extremely fast, understood my situation and proceeded to help me with my refund.

Easy to use with multi-functions
Very easy to use, several functions and formatting system. I have tried many PDF editors - this is the best of them all! Keep it up!
