Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

People want to type into box which needs signed into is one problem another is email comes from PDF filler and a lot of people don't know I'm one sending stuff to be signed
I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS
I have used a couple of the other apps and I believe that the PDFfiller is the easiest with very self explained instructions. I love the fact that the mobile app is just as user friendly as the app on my computer. Thanks
I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

I like PDFFiller because it's easy to work between my Android phone and my computer. It's also extremely easy to email myself documents, reports, pay stubs whatever so that I can update them, edit them or have others sign off on them.
At times the program lags behind but overall well worth the wait.
