It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.
What I like the most is the intuitiveness and ease of use.. This is the most friendly and hassle free form filler I've ever used so far. Good job guys and girls keep it that way!
What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

I had cancelled my subscription but it had not gone through and was charged. I explained this to the customer support team and they helped me very nicely and gave me a refund. It was efficient and very understanding!
Working great for filling out forms
Working great for filling out forms, on my phone or PC saving and printing. However, trouble signing in when opening file from email and works more smoothly if signed in before opening.

Really well made app, easy to use, fantastic for editing really any PDF you have. Very responsive and nice customer service, and I overall had a great experience for the time I used it.
Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help.
The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.
