I had a very good experience with customer service when I wanted to cancel. I did not realize that there was a form available for no charge. This was a one time thing since in my line of work I really don't utilize this type of service. For those that do, it is a valuable tool
Probably just me, but having trouble creating a fillable form and saving to my computer. Will keep exploring!

Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.

Great service and free trial is a long period of time verses only a few days. Simple to use and simple to cancel subscription through support center or chat.

much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.
I know there is more to learn and if I had the time to learn it, I would, but I just don't have the time, am in the middle of moving, so I can't do it.
