After initially getting the hang of it, this was the best fillable system I have ever used. Customer service was outstanding and I will definitely continue to use your service. Thanks again for making this such an easy process.
When I first signed up, I only wanted a personal account. They system did not provide me with an option to choose, that I could see, between accounts. It automatically signed me up for professional and now I have to jump through a few hoops to cancel the pro and sign up for personal.
Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

I liked that is had documents on hand that I needed and was able to manipulated them and submit them for the purpose I needed them for.
It was a little tricky to use at first, but quickly figured it out.
