Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

Expensive for irregular user but overall excellent!
Expensive if you are an occasional user, and I wish the "fill in the blanks" were a little more automatic with alignment. But overall excellent!

This service is helpful for someone with minimal knowledge of the Court system. I appreciate having it available.
cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.
Their customer service is great! Joyce helped me out and was super helpful and considerate! Best customer service experience I’ve had. Thanks for the quick response!
