Love this program! I am new with it, but it makes my paralegal position ( I do public benefits advocacy) much easier in filling out forms that are not fillable on the Social Security website.
I enjoy the simplicity but am annoyed that you can't use certain features without paying a higher price. $80/year is pretty high for a basic subscription.
Our previous subscription was deactivated because no one seem to know the login or password for the account. It was assumed a temp employee had subscribed who is no longer employed. Difficulty accessing and filling online forms prompted us to re-subscribe. This morning's experience has been great and we plan to continue using this application.
I used the *** filler and editing program for about a year. It was great and easy to use on a daily basis! Unfortunately, I no longer need to use this program since I have changed jobs. I was not able to access my account in order to cancel my subscription. But, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful. They helped me cancel my subscription on the same day that I submitted the request. Excellent service! Thank you!
Life Saver
I have been working from home since the covid19 and my use of office equipment were lessened, made it hard for me to work and I tried pdfFiller, this is a great app which helps me a lot with my work now. Now there is no need for me to go out. pdfFiller is a life saver for me. Thank you and keep it up always!
